Privacy
Nine Sols Map is maintained by gtarraga. You can use the map without an account.
Analytics
We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand how the map is used. It collects page visits, interactions, browser and device information, and IP addresses. The current setup uses first-party cookies and browser storage to distinguish visitors and sessions. Cookieless tracking is not currently enabled. Session recordings may be collected when enabled in the analytics project.
Hosting and map data
Vercel hosts the site, Cloudflare handles network delivery and the analytics proxy, and Supabase stores public marker data. These services process network information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site. Browsing the map does not require signing in to Supabase.
Advertising
Advertising is not currently enabled. The ads.txt file identifies our Google AdSense publisher account; it does not display ads. We will update this page and configure the appropriate privacy choices before enabling advertising.
Your choices and questions
You can clear site cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. For questions about privacy or requests concerning your data, contact the maintainer through the project’s GitHub issues. Do not include private information in a public issue.
